For Drop-off Method

You’ll have to use the Tracking Number provided on the Return/Refund Details page to print your shipping label for your return parcel.

This tracking number will be generated automatically for orders that will be returned via drop-off after the return/refund request is submitted.

💡 Tip: This method is available for PosLaju, J&T Express and SPX Express Find where to drop your return parcel here

For Pick-up Method

This method is only offered by Flash Express, SPX Express and J&T Cargo.

For the J&T Cargo return label, you may choose to either:

1. Email the Return Label to your registered email address
2. Download the label through the Shopee app to print
